2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by law (e.g., defective or not as described). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that appear to have been used beyond normal inspection.

If you believe you have received a defective product or one that does not match the description on the Site, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos or other evidence to assess the issue. If we determine that the product is defective or not as described, we will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return. Until we receive the returned product, ownership and risk remain with you.

4. Inspection and Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions (unopened, unused, original packaging). If the return is accepted, we will process your refund within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If we do not accept the return (e.g., product has been opened or used, or does not meet the eligibility criteria), we will notify you and may return the product to you at your expense or dispose of it in accordance with our procedures. No refund will be issued in such cases unless required by law.

5. Partial Refunds

If only part of an order is returned, we will refund only the price of the returned item(s). Shipping costs paid at checkout may be refunded in full only when the entire order is returned and the return is not due to a change of mind where we have clearly stated that shipping is non-refundable. For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will refund the full amount paid, including original shipping, and may cover return shipping as described above.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you may return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired item. Refunds for returns will be processed as described above; the new order will be charged at the current price and shipping terms.

7. Cancellations
